
Whip up this easy smoothie for a healthy breakfast. With coconut milk and no added sugar, this is as healthy as smoothies come.

Ingredients
- 1 small cup of mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of walnut
- 1/2 cup of Coco Mama Coconut Milk
- (Optional) 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder.
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Blend it well
- Allow it to rest for a minute
- Serve in a tall glass
